Morning Elixir

Mornings are my favorite time of the day. They bring a sense of new beginnings and freshness. And they are also extremely productive. I swear I can get more done in 5 minutes in the morning than in the afternoon. I don’t know what it is, but I promise it’s true. 

Mornings, from a health perspective, allow you to hit the restart button. So why not start your day with a quick, healthy cleanse? Warm lemon water with ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric. It revitalizes and wakes your body up!IMG_6971

Try drinking this every morning and watch your skin start to glow, body lean-out, and energy spike!

1 cup hot water

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp grated ginger, fresh (1/2 tsp ground)

1 teaspoon grated turmeric, fresh (or 1/2 tsp ground)

Juice from half of a lemon
