Happy Sunday! Sunday’s are usually my day to meal prep and grocery shop. Sam and I both are up around 5am for workouts and then immediately start our day. We go-go-go until 6pm, so it’s super helpful for me to always meal prep. Otherwise we would be living off of poptarts… which doesn’t actually sound so bad…
There are so many delicious meals that I make that don’t require a “recipe”. For instance, avocado with cottage and olive oil. Not really an in depth meal/snack that I would make an entire recipe post for, ya know? SO, I’ve decided to start a new series – “Instafood Round-Up”. Here I can post pictures of my Instagrams that are DELICIOUS, but don’t require a lot of work. Which is what everyone looks for anyways, right?

#1: Stuffed Avocado: Half of an avocado stuffed with cottage cheese, topped with: black pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
#2: Blackberry Mango Ginger Smoothie: 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 c. frozen blackberries, 1/2 c. frozen mango, inch of fresh ginger (peeled), splash of almond milk. Topped with: coconut flakes, vanilla almond granola, and frozen blackberries.
#3: Sweet + Savory Breakfast Salad: spinach, arugula, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, and kiwi.
#4: Grapefruit Summer Salad: grapefruit, avocado, kiwi, lime juice.
