Protein Smoothie Bowl

I’m sure you’ve seen these all over social media. Smoothie bowls are a foodie trend right now, but for good reason. They are delicious and you can hide lots of veggies in them without the bitter taste! Freeze some fresh fruit overnight, throw in a blender, blitz, and serve. Super easy, delicious, and chock full of vitamin, minerals, complex carbs, healthy fats, and protein. A macro counters dream.

You can add whatever you would like, but this is the recipe I whipped up the other day.

 

Smoothie:

Frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup

Frozen banana, 1/2

Handful of spinach

Handful of blueberries

Handful of frozen mango

Toppings:

Unsweetened coconut flakes

Fresh strawberries

Grain-free granola (best kind here)
