Being Lazy vs. Taking Care of Yourself

Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Let’s say you have a few hours to kill before work/an appt./whatever or you have the day off. This is YOUR day! You can finally catch up on laundry, write those thank-you notes you’ve been putting off, go grocery shopping, catch up on emails… 24 hours to get stuff DONE! Right?!
