Coconut anything, please! It has always been my favorite flavor for everything. Coconut shrimp, coconut La Croix (obsessed), coconut body lotion, coconut ALMOND BUTTA. Totally winged this recipe and it turned into something that I have been making weekly. Sam is obsessed with it, even more than I am. And we all know how obsessed I am with almond butter. The cinnamon adds the perfect amount of spicy warmth and the pink Himalayan salt brings the flavors to life in your mouth. Blueberry Banana Mug Cake (Made w/Coconut Flour!)

Hump daaAAyyy! Whoa, I can’t believe it is already Wednesday. Let alone almost October! What?! I could’ve sworn it was August yesterday. Life has been busy, that’s for sure. Sam and I feel like the energizer bunny! Excuse me while I go make another pot of coffee. Breakfast is by far my favorite meal, not to mention the most important. Which by the way, you always want to eat within 30 minutes of waking up. It helps kickstart your metabolism and wake your body up! It can be hard to do, but eat even if you aren’t hungry!
