Homemade almond mylk is one of my favorite things to make – especially due to it’s secret ingredients. Plain almond mylk is delicious, but I like to add nutty and caramel notes to mine. Almond mylk is great for so many things. Cereals, latte’s, smoothies, or plain jane! It is thick and creamy, similar to cow’s milk, but so much better for you. I make big batch’s of this weekly and Sam and I devour it! Feel free to mix this recipe up! I add two dates for a little sweetness and it adds a hint of caramel – delicious!
