A question that I often get is, “Do you ever have a cheat day?” or “Do you ever give in and eat junk food?” Of course I always respond with “YES!” because um chocolate. What I Ate Today (Detox)

WHEW! has it been a crazy busy week for me! Going, going, going, non-stop. Almost everyday this past week, I got home and did not feel like cooking. Which means, I didn’t!
