Rawtella

Hazelnut’s are so delicious – especially when dry roasted and ground up with chocolate. Now we’re talkin’. I’ve always been a huge fan of refined sugars. Not because of what they do for my body or make me feel (i.e. like crud), but because I looooooove chocolate and candy. After completing my first Whole 30, I got to see how I felt when I wasn’t eating sugar. Needless to say, refined sugar and I are officially breaking up. Call TMZ. I still need my chocolate fix though, so I turn to cacao. Many people get “cacao” and “cocoa” mixed up –

Nutella Cookies

Nutty, roasted hazelnuts paired with decadent, smooth dark chocolate. The best combination known to man. I love to spread Nutella on just about anything. My favorite is in-between a warmed croissant, with a cup of coffee, watching a Christmas movie. Ugh, yes pleeeeease! If you share this love for Nutella, then boy do I have a treat for you! This drink is so warm and comforting, peppery, and has the right amount of richness thanks to the coconut oil. Whip this up before bedtime and start to drift off… (after that glass of vino, of course). It has been a super busy week (good busy). New things happening

Homemade Cinnamon Popcorn

Popcorn is always a go-to snack for me. I absolutely love it! However, I hate when it is soaked in butter and salt. It makes me feel groggy and slow after eating it. Not willing to give up my favorite snack, I figured out a healthier alternative! Brown bag popcorn. It’s as easy as it sounds. Simply throw popcorn kernels, oil, and whatever seasoning you prefer into a brown paper bag. Put the bag into the microwave and voila! Time to start the movie and demolish this delicious bag of popcorn. I love cinnamon on just about everything, but wasn’t quite
